A vulo is a small fowl of gor used primarily as a food source. They were domesticated similar to our chickens and were often sold in markets as well as the egg of the vulos used in cooking and also sold in markets.
"She was peasant, barefoot, her garment little more than coarse sacking. She had been carrying a wicker basket containing vulos, domesticated pigeons raised for eggs and meat. "

They were kept in slatted coops....

Carried to market alive and in baskets...
"A fellow walked past me, carrying several vulos, alive, heads down, their feet tied together. He was followed by another fellow, carrying a basket of eggs.
I followed them, as they would be going to the market streets, near which was the bazaar. "

And as a source of food they were served many ways, from the spiced brains of the vulo...
"It is the spiced brain of the Turian vulo," Saphrar was explaining.

Roasted and fried....
"I smelled roast bosk cooking and fried vulo. It would be delicious." Hunters of Gor
The eggs scrambled...
"He sat, cross-legged, behind the low table. On It were hot bread, yellow and fresh, hot black wine, steaming, with its sugars, slices of roast bosk, the scrambled eggs of vulos, pastries with creams and custards. "
Beasts
And besides the many dishes of eggs or vulo the livers were also used as bait....
"Three other men of the Forkbeard attended to fishing, two with a net, sweeping it along the side of the serpent, for parsit fish, and the third, near the stem, with a hook and line, baited with vulo liver, for the white-bellied grunt, a large game fish which haunts the plankton banks to feed on parsit fish. "
Marauders of Gor
So I decided to make my own version of a vulo / chicken coop. It has a sculpted vulo house, scripted gate for the coop. I also added 2 chore animations.. a scattering feed chore and a gathering eggs chore and several sits are included too. Also the coop includes a scripted vulo that as clucking sounds that can be turned on or off and particle chicks that randomly appear.
And for those that already have a coop I decided to also make my vulo available that is scripted incase you only wanted to add the animal. And on Tuesday both items are available for....(drum roll please...) 25L so get them while they are hot!!!
